  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 12x10-inch rectangle.
  6. Spread the pepperoni and mozzarella cheese over the dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side. Cut the roll into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Place the pepperoni rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake the pepperoni rolls in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
