A Pleasant Day at Indian Draft

A pleasant day was spent at Indian Draft, on Saturday, the 24th inst., by a large number of people from this place and vicinity. The day was fine, and the grounds were beautifully decorated with flags and flowers. There was a large attendance at the religious services, which were conducted by Rev. J. A. Davis. After the services, a bountiful dinner was served, and in the afternoon there were games and sports for the amusement of the children. In the evening, there was a dance, which was enjoyed by all.
