Editor's Note: The right to video a public meeting is a 1st Amendment right! It is a violation of the photographer's civil rights to interfere with the filming of a public meeting!
It Has cost the county thousands of dollars in the past for interfering with a photographer in a public meeting! It is a Federal Violation.
