Don't Forget Pioneer Days

Horses, mules and other agriculture animals that normally would be ridden in a parade must have a diaper attached or the owner/rider must immediately clean up any excrement from such animals. This also includes animals attached to drawn conveyances. Other animals need only be leashed, tethered or in a carrier.
