Submissions are verified, credited, and indexed into a central repository to preserve public records that may otherwise sit solely in physical filing cabinets.
• Civic Education & Navigational Guides: Publishing informational modules designed to teach residents how local government boards work, how to file and enforce public records requests, and how to read government decisions.
• Educational Commentary: Publishing topical articles examining community infrastructure, statewide economic issues, and strategies for citizen-led reform.
• Public Changelog & Decision Documentation: In keeping with its focus on institutional transparency, the project documents its internal decisions publicly via The WV Clarity Project Transparency Portal, providing rationale for editorial updates, site changes, and operational policies—including disclosures regarding its technical tool use and ethical guidelines around AI.
