Dear Dr. Susan Hollandsworth and/or Superintendent of Schools Ms. Lynn Bostic:

I am writing to request that the following topic be added to the agenda for the upcoming on or about April 16, 2024 school board meeting:

• a complete and detailed discussion and/or action of the board's current pending decision regarding a reduction in force of school personnel in Pocahontas County, WV.
  

I believe this is an important issue because because it affects the education and economic future of our children.

I am prepared to provide a brief presentation/statement/information on this topic during the public comment period. However, I would be grateful for the opportunity to present this information in a more comprehensive manner by being added to the formal agenda.
